Two equal instalments: €500 + €500
The first on signing the service agreement, the second after you arrive in Lithuania. The second payment is never requested before you get here.
The whole service is practical support and guidance: I track the process with you, show you the way through the paperwork, and I'm there during your first period in Lithuania.
Scope
A realistic list of schools based on your grades, budget and goal, with requirements checked on official pages.
Filling in the application portal, checking the file, chasing what's missing and mapping deadlines to a calendar.
Diploma, transcript, passport, English certificate, translation and certification steps in order.
Researching dorms and rentals, verifying listings, and viewing the place in person where possible.
Flight timing, a first-week schedule, what to pack and a budget for the first days.
Met at Vilnius Airport and taken to your accommodation.
Keys, reading the contract together, photographing and recording the condition of the flat.
Supermarket, pharmacy, campus, transport lines and the neighbourhood — walked through on day one.
Operator options, student-friendly plans and getting the line set up.
Student card and ticketing, and working out your home-to-campus route.
Residence permit, bank account and municipal registration — guidance and company at appointments. Immigration advice is outside the scope; for that I refer you to a licensed professional.
Enrolment day, student card, course registration and the first steps on campus.
Practical communication support in English and Lithuanian for daily life, university and official procedures. Not a language course — it runs alongside the main service.
Recognition files and emails to the university and to institutions are read through and written together.
Close contact in the first weeks, and someone you can still reach during contact hours when you need to.
Pricing
One figure, two instalments, no hidden items. The amount below is per student and is stated in the service agreement.
The first on signing the service agreement, the second after you arrive in Lithuania. The second payment is never requested before you get here.
Before and after arrival are one service, not separate products. That way the arrival side — where the real value sits — never gets dropped.
Payment goes through a bank and is documented in return. I don't accept cash.
What is and isn't included, and the refund terms, are written into the agreement — you read it before paying.
You pay these directly to the institution concerned; none of them passes through my account.
How I work
The whole service sits with one person, so you speak to the same person at every step.
That is the specialism: university and programme choice, the application file, housing, and your first semester in Lithuania.
For legal, immigration and medical matters I point you straight to the professional who handles them.
Tuition, rent and deposits go directly to the university or landlord. The service fee is separate and written into the agreement.
The same person throughout — no call centre, no changing representative.
Additional services
Both run under a separate scope and are charged separately.
Short-term accommodation, airport pickup, getting your first week in order and local support through the term. Your application and admission run through your own university.
Setting up the invitation, the accommodation documents and the application file. The visa decision rests with the consulate.
In the free consultation I explain which step happens when, with dates.
