For universities

Independent student guidance and Lithuania-based local support — a point of contact that covers both the application side and what happens after a student from the Turkish market lands.

The model

The real attrition happens after the offer

In international recruitment, most of the loss doesn't occur at admission — it occurs afterwards: the admitted student who never arrives, the one who arrives but can't settle, the one who gets stuck on housing or the residence permit and leaves the programme. None of that falls within the scope of an agency working remotely.

This model joins the two halves: access to students and pre-screening in Türkiye, and practical support in Lithuania from the moment they land. Because one person handles both, the student doesn't fall between two separate contacts.

I work independently, and this page makes no claim of representation: I am not an official representative, agent or authorised application centre for any university. If a formal cooperation is established, the title used would be agreed with that institution and only then reflected on this site.

Scope

Two blocks offered to an institution

Turkish market

Block 1
  • ›Student access

Reaching students and parents in Türkiye in Turkish, through social channels and direct enquiries.

  • ›Pre-screening

Filtering on grades, language certification and programme fit, so incomplete or unsuitable files don't reach your office.

  • ›Programme guidance

Presenting the programme accurately to students it actually fits, and managing expectations honestly.

  • ›Application support

Tracking documents, sworn translation and certification; complete files submitted on time.

  • ›Pre-arrival preparation

Visa and residence documents, accommodation and the arrival plan — the steps that determine whether the student actually comes.

Local support in Lithuania

Block 2
  • ›Airport pickup

The student is met in Vilnius and taken to their accommodation.

  • ›Accommodation assistance

Dorm and rental search, listing verification, and reading the contract through with the student.

  • ›Settlement process

Guidance through residence permit, bank account and municipal registration, with company at appointments where needed.

  • ›University onboarding

Practical help on enrolment day, the student card and course registration.

  • ›Student communication and follow-up

A Turkish-speaking contact through the first semester, so adjustment problems surface early.

  • ›Reporting back

Regular updates to your office on how the student's settlement is going.

What the institution gains

Why this cooperation is worth having

01

A smaller offer-to-enrolment gap

What actually reduces the number of admitted students who never arrive is being able to show them concrete support before and after arrival.

02

Less administrative load

Questions about housing, residence permits and daily life go to a local contact instead of the international office.

03

A defined market

Türkiye has real potential for English-taught programmes and requires Turkish-language communication — something difficult to build in-house.

04

Student retention

A student supported through the first months is less likely to drop out, which is worth more to an institution than the first-year enrolment itself.

05

One point of contact

Direct communication with one person in Lithuania instead of managing a wide agency network.

06

A transparent structure

The scope and payment structure offered to students is set out in a signed agreement, shared with the institution on request.

How we'd work

A way to start

  • 01Introductory call

Your international recruitment goals, your view of the Turkish market and your current application process. Online, 30–45 minutes.

  • 02Pilot intake

A single application cycle with a limited number of students, so the result stays measurable and neither side commits long-term.

  • 03Written framework

Scope, communication flow, data sharing and commercial terms put in writing. Commercial terms are specific to each institution and are not published on this page.

  • 04Formal cooperation

If the institution sees fit, the title and wording used are agreed with them and reflected on the site accordingly.

Start with a pilot intake

I propose a single application cycle with a limited number of students. The result stays measurable, both sides decide on real data, and the cooperation rests on something concrete.

Let's discuss cooperation

Write to arrange a short introductory call with your international office; a one-page overview is available on request.

We are not a government body

Study in Lithuania is an independent, privately owned education consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government authority, embassy, consulate, the Lithuanian Migration Department (Migracijos departamentas), VFS Global or any university. We do not issue, obtain, expedite or guarantee visas, residence permits or any other official document, and we cannot influence any authority’s decision. Every official application is filed by the student in their own name with the competent authority — we provide information, guidance, translation and practical support only. Official state fees are paid directly to the authority concerned and are not included in our consultancy fee.
