Arrival & settlement

The stretch between landing and having your first semester in order. This is where the service really differs from an application agency.

First week

Day by day

01

Arrival day · Airport

Met at Vilnius Airport and taken to your accommodation. Your flight time is planned with the pickup in mind.

02

Arrival day · Moving in

Keys, reading the contract together, photographing the meters and the condition of the flat.

03

Day 1 · The neighbourhood

Supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, the route to campus. The day should end with you knowing where dinner comes from.

04

Day 2 · Connectivity

Mobile line, internet and, if needed, a transport card — so contact with your family in Türkiye is never interrupted.

05

Days 3-5 · Administrative steps

Guidance on address and municipal registration, opening a bank account and enrolling at your university, with company at appointments where needed. The residence permit application itself is made before you travel.

06

First week · University

Enrolment, student card, course registration and campus orientation.

07

Afterwards · Follow-up

Close contact in the first weeks, then someone reachable through the semester.

Staying in touch

Contact is at its closest in the first weeks, and after that you can still reach me directly by phone or WhatsApp whenever you need to. No call centre or assistant in between.

Administrative

What you'll deal with while settling in

Procedures and timelines can change; current requirements are checked against the relevant institution's official source.

01

Residence permit

The permit that lets you stay in Lithuania as a student. I guide you through appointments, documents and submission; the outcome rests with the authority.

02

Bank account

A local account for rent and daily spending. Required documents vary by bank.

03

Municipal registration

Declaring your address, which is a precondition for several other steps.

04

Health insurance

Guidance on your insurance obligation and registering with the health system.

05

Mobile line

A local number turns out to be necessary in practice for most official and everyday matters.

06

Transport card

Student discount and monthly tickets, set up around your home-to-campus route.

Let's talk about your arrival date

Planning your flight time around the pickup makes the first day far easier.
